Exceptions

The rules do not apply to special vehicles, for example, for operational services that have a corresponding badge on the body, transport of utilities and energy, postal, tow trucks, and those who have a pass.

Passes

At the same time, to be able to travel to the city, you must obtain a pass. In total, there are two types: TTK and MKAD. The second pass allows the movement of vehicles weighing more than 12 tons around the clock along the Moscow Ring Road to the Third Transport Ring. Conditions of entry to the capital

Exceptions

Types of passes

• SK (Garden Ring). Having received this pass, you can freely move on vehicles with a carrying capacity of more than 1 ton in Moscow without restrictions around the clock.
• TTK (Third Transport Ring). Gives freight vehicles with a carrying capacity of more than 1 ton the right to travel within the range from the Moscow Ring Road to the UK, but without the right to enter the SK.

What documents are required?
