As an example, the prosecutor's office cites a story from Kaluga: “It was established that a message from an unknown sender was received on the victim's phone through one of the popular messenger applications. Instead of the sender's cell phone number, the emblem of a large banking institution was displayed. The text reported that a large amount was allegedly ordered from the woman’s account.
