Leaving on a long journey, do not forget roaming…. Order statuses for aliexpress How to understand moved away from the translation of the country

Need to determine the best time to conceive, prevent unwanted pregnancies, or find out when sex with your partner will be the best? Previously, women had to go to their doctor for a consultation, but now they have a new best friend - a smartphone.

In recent years, there have been many apps for women that make it easy to track fertile days and when you ovulate, and take personal notes. In addition, they have many other functions. One such application is Glow, which is already used by 47 million women. Glow lets you track things like women's moods and the quality and frequency of sex. Thanks to this application, it became possible to get these interesting facts about the intimate life of women from all over the world.

Best countries for women

1. Do you miss intimacy? Go to Canada. It turns out that Canadians have sex 45% more often than average app users.

2. But be careful: Canada is a great place to get pregnant. Canadian women can get pregnant 21% easier than the rest.

3. Australian women also have sex frequently - 37% more than the average app users.

4. Needless to say, women in Australia also have a good chance of getting pregnant? They have them 14% higher than other users.

5. The USA is a good place to be happy. American women are 16% more likely than other women to have sex.

6. Worst place to be happy? Latin America. Here women have sex 4% less often than the average app user.

Sexual appetites

1. A woman's sexual appetite corresponds to her monthly cycle. The first day of your cycle is the first day of your period, which lasts approximately five days. Thus, women are least interested in sex from one to five days a month.

2. Many women report a change in energy level or mood during this time, and this is usually associated with a decrease in sex drive. Also, women are less interested in sex for a whole week after menstruation.

3. Most women start having sex again on the 12th day of their cycle.

4. Many women have regular sexual intercourse from the 12th to the 14th day of the cycle. The Glow app calls these days "the peak of sexuality."

5. In fact, women feel most sexy on the 13th and 14th day of their cycle. But here's the interesting thing: they don't necessarily get the best and most satisfying sex at this time.

6. Most women enjoy sex on the last, 30th day of their cycle. This day in the Glow is marked as the "peak of orgasms."

Are the women satisfied

1. Women feel happiest on the 15th and 16th days of their cycle, as well as when they have had a lot of sex in the previous days.

2. Glow users have registered 7.6 million sexual contacts in two years.

3. This means that every minute at least seven women who use the Glow app are having sex.

4. By the way, users have also reported being in love 2 million times. The app also tracks the sex cycles and fertility of 88,000 couples.

5. Unfortunately, despite the existing sexual contacts, not all women are satisfied with them. Almost a third of women are ready to give up sex rather than a smartphone.

6. But that still means that two-thirds would rather give up phones than sex.

Very often on the site, people ask what this or that parcel status means. And since they ask, then we need to figure it out.

Postal status and order status on Aliexpress are two different things!

This article will talk about about postal statuses we also have an article. These are two different things. The order status is tracked in your. And reflects information about the parcel in the Aliexpress marketplace. And the status of the parcel is tracked in postal services (Russian Post, China Post, etc.). Don't be confused.

Not all orders can be tracked

Please note that not every package can be tracked during the movement from the seller to you. This is only possible if she has a trackable track. But how to find out about this BEFORE ordering?

In the case of Aliexpress - open, then click on Delivery

And after clicking you will have a menu with information about the delivery methods. The last column will display information about the availability of the track (Delivery Information).

If this field indicates Not available, then your order will not have a track when choosing this delivery, the parcel will not be tracked and you will not be able to find out the current postal status of the parcel.

How to track a parcel with Aliexpress

If this is your first time tracking your package and your package from Aliexpress, then read our article. If your package is not tracked at all, then read on.

Please note that the article describes the most common statuses. In fact, there are many more of them, but other statuses of parcels are much less common. And yet, for some private courier companies, especially in China, the same statuses can be denoted by different words. If you have any status that is not described in this article - ask in the comments, we will try to figure it out. Be sure to indicate where you saw this status!

Parcel statuses in the country of departure (for example, in China)

While the parcel is in the country of departure, it can have the following statuses:

  • Acceptance (Collection, Acceptance) - the parcel was handed over to the post office. It should be borne in mind that the parcel does not immediately begin to be tracked by the track number that the seller gave you. It takes some time to process the parcel entering the database. Usually the track starts being tracked within 10 days.
  • Opening (Parcel arrived at the transit point) ... Usually, the postal code of the transit point is also written next to this status. There can be many such statuses. Moreover, their order is not always correct. Probably the operators of transit points do not fill in the data right away. Therefore, one should not be surprised at the status of Opening after the Export.
  • Arrival at MMPO (Dispatching, Processing) ... In this status, the package is being prepared for export and shipment to the country of destination. For some shipping companies in China, this is the last status to be tracked.
  • Export (Departure from outward office of exchange, Total Export) - means that the parcel has passed all the necessary procedures and has been sent to the country of destination.

After the last status, it may take a long time for the parcel to be tracked in the destination country. If the parcel was sent without an international track, then it may stop being tracked altogether.

Parcel statuses in the country of destination (for example, RF)

  • Import (Import) - the parcel arrived in the country of destination. It is drawn up for transfer to customs.
  • Admission to customs - transfer to customs for registration.
  • Customs clearance. Customs release - the parcel has passed all the necessary customs clearance and is being prepared for release from MMPO
  • Left the place of international exchange MMPO - the parcel left customs and was handed over to the post office for further shipment.
  • Left the sorting center - the package has been sorted and sent to its destination.
  • Came to the place of delivery - the parcel arrived at the post office. In principle, you can already receive it. Or wait for a notification.
  • Delivery to the addressee (Product Delivered) - the parcel has ALREADY been delivered to the recipient.

Please note that in the interface for tracking the parcel at the Russian Post, on import, the addressee's index is indicated. Sometimes, in case of an error or a fake track, it may be seen that the parcel is not going to your post office. If the parcel has changed several statuses, and the index is still not correct, then you should start to worry.

Unpleasant parcel statuses

The package statuses described above are pretty standard. They mean that the package is on its way. Sometimes a parcel can get stuck on statuses, sometimes miss some, but, in most cases, everything is fine. However, there are statuses that unambiguously mean problems:

  • Return. Other circumstances - means that there is something wrong with your package. And it is returned to the sender. What is wrong needs to be clarified. The best place to start is with the Russian Post Hotline 8-800-2005-888. After finding out the reasons and finding the culprit, you can think about what to do next.
  • Return. Return customs - similar to the previous point. Usually means that the address is not legible.
  • Unsuccessful attempt of delivery - usually accompanied by a clarification of the reasons for the failure. Inaccurate address, Incomplete address, Addressee dropped out, etc. In this situation, the main thing is to have time to reach the post office before the storage time of the parcel has expired - this is 30 days. Also check if the parcel arrived at the post office at all. Well, sometimes in the mail, such statuses are put in general from the lantern. But it's worth controlling.
  • Return. Expired shelf life - obviously, you forgot to receive the package on time and returned it.
  • Dosyl. Submission - the parcel arrived at the wrong post office and was redirected. That is, the parcel travels on. That is, this is not a problem, but you need to control the situation.

What do the letters at the end of the status mean (PEK, CAN, etc.)

These letters are often seen when tracking package status with China Air Post. They mean the IATA designations of the airports in which the parcel was registered. Their designations can be seen either on any service for purchasing air tickets (SkyScanner for example;)).

What does the NULL status mean (NULL, PEK)

This status is visible when tracking the status of the parcel in China Post. These are just the internal statuses of China post that they have not translated into English. Therefore, where there should be a translation, it is not, and instead of it NULL. If you can't bear to find out what kind of status it is, switch to the Chinese version of the service, copy the status in hieroglyphs and translate it with google translator. True, this method does not always work. Sometimes in the Chinese version, some statuses are simply not there.

NULL, PEK means the package was at Beijing Airport. What she was doing there can be found in the Chinese version of China Air Post.

What does item arrived at OE in tne destination country mean?

OE - office of exchange - MMPO, Place of International Postal Exchange. This is a normal status, which means that the parcel has arrived at customs and is undergoing customs clearance.

The track (parcel status) has stopped changing, the parcel is not being tracked

Very often, anxious buyers start to worry when the status of the package suddenly stops changing. This often happens after export. It seems that quite recently the parcel moved briskly across China, changed statuses almost every day, and suddenly, after some Export of international mail, Arrived to destination country and the like, the parcel stops moving ..

If you find out your situation, then we have analyzed this situation in detail in the article. In short, there are two options:

  • If your track is international and is successfully tracked on the official website of your state mail (Russian Post, UkrPochta, Belpochta) and more than 2-3 weeks have passed since the last status update, then well, your fears are not without foundation.
  • If your track has never been tracked on the mail site. You filmed the status of the parcel in your Aliexpress account or some specialized track verification site, or the track format is generally clearly different from the international one (the correct international one is something like this RR123456789CN). Then such a track during export often changes if the parcel is transferred to your state mail. That is, in your country, such a parcel travels under a different track (which you do not know, and, as a rule, you cannot find out). Well, the old track remains in its last status. That is, there is nothing to worry about at all. This situation is a variant of the norm.

But be that as it may. Whether your package is tracked from Aliexpress or not, the main thing that you should do is control the protection period and extend it if necessary or open a dispute.

Checking the seller on Aliexpress

Most problems with orders on Aliexpress can be avoided if you carefully choose a seller on Aliexpress BEFORE buying. This is not difficult and you can figure it out. But if time is expensive and there is no time to sort it out, then use our service.

Finally

I have repeatedly written a personal opinion that when ordering goods from China, you need to be patient. Don't worry if the parcel doesn't change its status for three days, a week, or two. This is a common occurrence. And even on holidays, of which there are many in China, everything stops at all. When ordering goods on Aliexpress, your parcels are protected. It is much more important for a successful purchase to spend more time choosing a lot and then only control the expiration date of the protection. Than to monitor the movement of the parcel 20 times a day.

And use services and programs to control the movement of parcels. They are now quite different.

P.S. from February 2018:

In the comments, you often ask what this or that parcel status means. Most often, the ambiguity of the meaning of the status is associated with the crooked translation of the status issued by the Chinese carrier. Often the current status depends on the previous movement of the parcel and to understand what your non-standard status means now is possible only by understanding how the parcel moved earlier. Therefore, if you want to ask something about your package:

Write the track number of your parcel.

And we will ignore or delete comments like "What does status XXX" mean. Forgive me, but I'm tired of copying and pasting "Write a track, we'll see" into the void.

Want to know what the order statuses on Aliexpress mean? In this article, you will find the answers to your questions!

Order statuses for Aliexpress - description and decoding

Sometimes I am asked questions about what do orders on Aliexpress mean and what to expect from them. I want to clarify right away: I mean exactly the status, and not tracking the parcel (there will be another article on this later).

Indeed, despite its long existence, the Aliexpress marketplace still occasionally strikes newbie users with its “intuitive interface”. Although, I have to admit, now it has become a little easier than it was the same year ago :)

But enough lyrical digressions, let's get to the point.

Where can I see order status on Aliexpress?

The statuses of the orders you have made can be viewed by logging into Aliexpress and going to the page with the list of orders (). In the order list, statuses are displayed in the corresponding columns.

The column with the main order status is highlighted in red on the screen. Green - column with additional status / warning.

Let's take a look first main statuses of orders for Aliexpress, the sequence of which as a whole constitutes the "life cycle" of the order:

  1. Payment is pending. This status means that you made an order, but still have not paid for it, and the system is waiting for the transfer of funds to change the status. This status can last from a couple of hours (for purchases from the section) to 20 days, as far as I know. When the allotted time expires, the order is canceled and closed. You can find out how much time is left for payment by going directly to the order page (there is a counter there).
  2. Payment verification... This status replaces the previous one after you pay for the order. Verification lasts up to 24 hours (during large sales, it seems, it can be extended up to 2-3 days). No action is required from you at this stage.
  3. Awaiting dispatch... After the system checks and confirms your payment, the order will automatically receive this status. Its duration depends on how much time the seller took to process the order (the phrase on the product page "Sending the goods within ... business days") + 2-4 days, depending on how many days off during this period. As a rule, most sellers change this status before the time on the counter runs out (look at the order page). But if the salesperson is slow, you can try to give them more time. If the time on the counter at this stage ends, the order is canceled automatically, the money will be returned to you within 10-15 business days.
  4. The order has been sent... This status means that the seller has processed your order and sent you a package. No action is required from you until you receive the parcel or the Order Protection time ends. Just in case, I will repeat: do not press the CONFIRM button if you have not received your parcel. This button means confirmation of the receipt of the parcel, and not confirmation of the dispatch of the order. This is especially true for users of the Aliexpress mobile application (), since there is a less obvious interface in this regard. In general, the duration of this status is determined by the Order Protection period (indicated on the product page, as a rule, it lasts from 15 to 60/90 days). Your actions are simple and obvious: you received the parcel and are satisfied - you press the button "Confirm receipt", the parcel did not arrive, and the Protection period ends -.
  5. Completed/Closed... The first status usually takes effect after you confirm the receipt of the purchase / the Protection period expires / the dispute on this order is closed in favor of any party. In all cases, except for the closure of the dispute, after the appearance of this status, you have another 15 days of the so-called postProtection, during which you can still open a dispute if you haven’t kept track of the terms of the Defense, or if the purchase that has come is suddenly found to be defective. The "Closed" status appears when the order was canceled at the "Awaiting payment", "Checking payment" or "Awaiting dispatch" stage.
  6. Order frozen... Quite a rare status relative to the rest, which is a signal of suspicious activity of the seller. The appearance of this status means that the Aliexpress administration suspects the seller of fraud and is now checking his activities, simultaneously freezing all his orders. In this case, you also do not need to do anything, the order itself will change its status to "Order sent" or "Closed", depending on the decision of the administration. In the case of the second status, the money will be returned automatically.

Now let's move on to the additional statuses of orders for Aliexpress, which are also explanations for the main ones. You can find some of them in the green column on the first screen or on the order page itself.

The main status is highlighted in red, and the additional status is highlighted in green, it is also a warning or explanation to the main status.

If we talk about what are the additional statuses of orders for Aliexpress, then:

  • Order cancelled/Canceled orders... This status appears if you are requesting cancellation while waiting for payment, processing a payment, or processing an order.
  • Confirmation received... This means that you have pressed the button to confirm the receipt of the parcel.
  • Confirmation time expired... This status appears opposite the order and is displayed in the order list in the event that Order Protection ends before you confirm receipt of the purchase. If you receive your package and just forgot to confirm it, that's okay. If you have not kept track of the terms of Protection and want to return the money, you need to quickly open a dispute, you have 15 days from the moment this status appears.
  • Payment processing... This status is displayed on the order page (the main statuses are "Completed" / "Closed") and means that the aforementioned 15-day postProtection period has come into force, during which you can still get your money back if necessary. You will have to count this period yourself, there is no counter. After these 15 days, the money is sent by the Aliexpress system to the seller.
  • There is a dispute/The dispute is closed... These statuses are displayed in the list of orders and are clickable - by clicking on them you can see information about an ongoing / closed dispute regarding your purchase.

Here is such a super-mega-long post, thanks for reading it :)

It seems that I have not forgotten anything, I considered all the statuses of orders for Aliexpress that I have come across. If suddenly I missed something or there were additional questions - write in the comments.

And finally: if this post was useful to you, you can say "Thank you" to us - by sharing it in any social network convenient for you or by joining

Distribution of disposable plastic bags was banned from September 1 and in all retail outlets Belgium... According to media reports, the ban does not apply to reusable plastic bags with a thickness of more than 50 microns.

The ban aims to reduce environmental pollution. Note that, on average, a plastic bag takes about 450 years to decompose in nature.

According to the UN, every year it is thrown into the oceans up to 8 million tons of plastic. Environmentalists fear that by 2050 there will be more plastic in the oceans than fish.

According to environmentalists, more than 40 countries, including China, France, Rwanda and Italy, have already banned plastic bags in whole or in part.

Someone cares about this important news in my opinion, but you shouldn't leave without reading THIS:

IN NORWAY FOUND A DEAD WHALE WITH ALMOST HALF-HUNDRED POLYETHYLENE BAGS IN THE STOMACH

Plastic bags kill elephants in Botswana

Employees at a number of Botswana conservation sites have asked local authorities to clean up landfills that have appeared in the areas of the national park, two wildlife sanctuaries and a nature reserve located on the banks of the Chobe River. According to experts, more than 150 large wild animals - elephants, hyenas, ungulates, not to mention monkeys and birds - have died in recent days. The garbage collected by the animals from the landfills stuck in their stomachs and caused an excruciating death.

Botswana has the largest elephant population among African countries - at least 120 thousand. They, as well as the unique fauna of this country in southern Africa, attract tourists from all over the world. However, only one plastic bag can kill a giant elephant, ITAR-TASS reports.

The uncontrolled economic activities of local residents lead to the pollution of the protected lands of Botswana. Natural landfills have become a real disaster for wild animals. Protectors of nature intend to enclose protected areas with high energized wire fences, and also demand from the authorities to liquidate landfills and henceforth bury garbage deep into the ground.

Incredible, the scale is amazing!

6 million 300 thousand tons of garbage, most of which is plastic, is dumped into the oceans every year

Great Pacific Garbage Patch, Pacific Trash Vortex, "North Pacific Gyre", "Pacific Garbage Island" which is growing at a gigantic pace... They have been talking about the garbage island for more than half a century, but practically no action has been taken. Meanwhile, irreparable damage to the environment is caused, whole species of animals are dying out.

Chances are high that the moment will come when nothing can be fixed.

Pollution dates back to the days when plastic was invented. On the one hand, it is an irreplaceable thing that has made people's lives incredibly easier. It made it easier until the plastic product was thrown away: plastic decomposes for more than a hundred years, and thanks to ocean currents it gets lost in huge islands. One such island, the size of the US state of Texas, floats between California, Hawaii and Alaska - millions of tons of garbage. The island is growing rapidly, daily ~ 2.5 million pieces of plastic and other debris are dumped into the ocean from all continents. Slowly decomposing, plastic causes serious harm to the environment. About 44% of all seabirds eat plastic, mistaking it for food, often fatally. Approximately 267 species of marine animals ingest jellyfish-like plastic bags. Small particles of plastic are consumed by many species of fish, confusing it with plankton.

Garbage Island has been growing rapidly since about the 1950s due to the peculiarities of the North Pacific Current System, the center of which, where all the garbage goes, is relatively stationary. Scientists estimate that there is now a mass of garbage island is more than three and a half million tons, and the area is more than a million square kilometers .

The "island" has a number of unofficial names: "Great Pacific Garbage Patch", "Eastern Garbage Patch", "Pacific Trash Vortex", etc. In Russian it is sometimes called also "trash iceberg".

This huge pile of floating debris - in fact, the planet's greatest dump - is held in one place by the influence of underwater currents that have eddies. The "soup" strip stretches from a point about 500 nautical miles off the coast of California across the North Pacific Ocean past Hawaii and almost reaches distant Japan.

China and India are the main ocean pollutants. It is considered in the order of things here to throw garbage directly into a nearby body of water.

Studies have shown that 80% of the garbage enters the ocean from land, and 20% from ships at sea. For every square meter of contaminated areas, there are 3.34 pieces of plastic. In many areas of a large debris patch, the concentration of plastic exceeds the concentration of zooplankton seven times (!).

The World Public Organization "For Nature" has established that more than 100 thousand whales, seals, and turtles die from plastic bags in Newfoundland alone every year.

As a result of studies of seawater, compounds such as styrene-monomer, used in the production of polystyrene, and bisphenol A, a chemical used in the production of hard plastics, reusable water bottles, etc., were discovered.Bisphenol A negatively affects the reproductive system of animals, styrene -monomer is a carcinogenic substance.

Today, no country in the world is ready to take on the responsibility of cleaning up polluted areas of the ocean. Only a few international organizations are trying to carry out preventive work in order to prevent a catastrophic increase in pollution.

Sooner or later, every buyer of the Aliexpress website is faced with a situation when the ordered product does not arrive. This can happen for various reasons. The product may get lost on the way, it may be stolen at some stage of delivery, or the seller, in general, did not send the product to you. In all cases, if the buyer's protection timer comes to an end, and the product still does not, then you have the right to open a dispute.

How to open a dispute

In order to open a dispute, you need to go to the section "My orders" >>>

After that, oddly enough, you will not be redirected immediately to the dispute opening form, but to a page with order details, where there will be a lot of useful information, including a link to extend the buyer's protection timer, in case you want to wait a little longer for the parcel. ... But on this page we are interested in the "Open dispute" button. You should click on it.

If your order ends because the Buyer Protection Timer has expired, you only have 15 days after the timer expires to open a dispute and get your funds back. However, the dispute should not be canceled until you get your money back.

If you open a dispute after the expiration of the buyer's protection period, then the desired link will be less visible and located slightly lower than usual.

  • - Expected solution - Refunds only
  • - Did you receive the goods? - NO
  • -A problem that has arisen - Delivery problem - Order protection is about to expire, but the package is still in transit

In field "Refund amount" need to enter full cost of goods... Regardless of whether you used coupons or not. The cost of the coupon upon refund will be deducted automatically.

In field "detailed information" you need to describe your claim. You need to write in English. Make sure that there are no Russian letters and additional symbols in the text. For example the symbol «№» the site does not skip. Do not write in complex literary phrases. The Chinese seller will most likely translate the text through an automatic translator. Therefore, he may not understand a complex text.

Below, for the sake of reliability, you can attach evidence. In our case, this can be a screen of the tracking system, where you will see the absence of a status that you have received a parcel. And finally, click on the button "send"

The dispute is open. How to dispute according to the new rules.

If everything went well, then we will see the following.

At the very top, the dates of the main stages of the dispute will be indicated, where it will be seen:

  • - what date did you open a dispute,
  • - the date of attracting mediators of Aliexpress (date of aggravation of the dispute), if you do not agree with the seller
  • - and the date of the end of the negotiations.

Below you will see timer that counts down 5 days. If during this period the seller does not react to the dispute in any way, then you automatically win it and you will be returned the amount you requested.

If the seller agrees with your offer, then you will not need to do anything further. Since after the seller agrees to your terms, the dispute will close and the automatic refund phase will begin.

But, perhaps, the seller will offer his terms. Then to the right of your decision, you can see the seller's decision, with the ability to accept the dispute.

At the very bottom of the screen, you will have the opportunity to conduct a dialogue with the seller. You are not obliged to accept the seller's offer if it doesn't suit you. Under the new rules, you can negotiate with the seller before the date of engaging Aliexpress mediators. Then the dispute will automatically escalate and it will be considered by independent aliexpress mediators, who will put forward their fair, in their opinion, solution.

The seller accepted the dispute.

If the seller accepts your dispute, then you will see the following: on the orders page there will be 2 new links: "Dispute closed" and "Return stages"

If you hover the mouse over " Return stages ", then you can see all the stages of the return of your funds. And if you follow the link "The dispute is closed", then you can go to the dispute page and see the following.

The status of the dispute will change to status "Dispute closed" indicating the amount of the refund... Below are the order details, comments and the history of the dispute.

The dispute history is located at the very bottom of the page, where you can see the date when the seller made your decision. If no money has been received on your account within 2 weeks from this date, then you can start worrying and contact Alipey technical support.
